I.T Helpdesk Specialist
- Provide helpdesk support for Operating Systems, software and mobile device, basic printer setup and support, etc.
- Basic operation of administration for IT Hardwares
- Troubleshooting and problem solving for both IT hardware and applications. Escalate issue and involve second-tier support if needed
- Coordinate with IT related project and vendor coordination if needed
System Engineer
- Handle end user inquiry, provide technical support and troubleshooting on hardware & software
- Perform monitoring of IT equipment status
- Perform system maintenance and administration
- Set up IT infrastructure
- Assist Ad-hoc project assign by supervisor
